I am really impressed with what I ordered and will be ordering again fits great. I did order a size bigger than I normally do because I wanted them loser for working out so that would be what I would recommend for any female that’s looking for a little bit more comfort to order one size bigger than their normal size. I am normally an extra large and I ordered a 2X and it’s perfect. My boyfriend also ordered and he’s planning on ordering more as well.
I love my sweater! It's so comfortable and I've gotten tons of laughs and compliments on the design. I ordered a medium, and even after measuring myself to be sure, it was a little bigger than I was intending. But otherwise, very happy with the item!
First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding; all the representatives were friendly and accommodating, responding promptly and assisting me with every detail during the package's transit. I really appreciate the T-shirts, which are made of good quality, 100% cotton. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider using screen printing instead of plastic printing. Nonetheless, I adore the designs and colors. I also bought a foam roller and elastic bands, and the quality across the board is impressive with reasonable prices. Keep up the fantastic work!
Given that this is a workout brand, I expected the shirts to fit more appropriately. The sleeves could be shorter to better highlight the biceps. I’m glad I chose a larger size, as they tend to run a bit small. Other than that, the quality is decent.
I received my item but needed to exchange it because of sizing. I reached out to the support team three times, but each time my emails were returned with the message "Insufficient system storage." How can I return my item if I can't get in touch with the seller?
The package arrived in Iceland quite quickly. The support team responded almost immediately on social media. The material is thick and cozy, and the printing on the clothing has held up well even after several washes (I turn them inside out to protect the print, just in case). I've experienced more expensive brands where the prints wore off much sooner, so this is impressive. Overall, I find this to be very affordable considering my satisfaction with the product. :)
The items are of good quality, though the fit of the women's crop shirts is a bit off, possibly due to the cut. I plan to wash them a few times to see if that helps. The discounts were applied inconsistently, and I encountered issues while trying to use them before finalizing my order. However, my husband is very pleased with his shirt and hoodie, which fit him perfectly, so it seems the women's items may be the only challenge.
