Irontech not only makes the best looking, longest lasting dolls, their customer service is also beyond anything I ever expected. I had some issues with my doll due to a manufacturing error and the service people, Mike, has gone above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved and that I had everything I needed to enjoy my doll. I am now proud to say that Irontech's dolls are the nicest looking and the best customer support ever. Thank you Irontech (and Mike!)

Purchased a silicone doll in May, immediately had issues with the doll which I reported. By december, the doll has a tear in one of the holes with very little usage. Irontech refuses to honor their warranty or provide any meaningful support.
Irontechdoll news user staff very mean too there customers I have 2 irontechdoll when I post there new dolls they would DM me private saying take new pictures off your page one posting your dolls on public page on your website they never commit on my post ever or my dolls I got they never she it I was about buy new reallady doll not now I remove them off my page they sent me messages asking why I want buy other people dolls they are greedy if I do want black people post your dolls don't post any dolls I won't buy anymore dolls from u then I screenshot your messages u sent me let everybody know what u did wrong your tell me what post info your dolls I'm not selling dolls u are I'm customer u going lose more money now u should stop making dolls u don't people skin color like me post your dolls I have buy 2 them this how u treat me
I was thinking of buying a doll, and found irontech on the internet.From the start they helped me, almost everything is possible.All my questions were answered immediately.I was having contact with Mike and he kept me informed all the time.After ordering they offer me a few free upgrades.And when the doll was ready, they send a lot of foto’s and asked if everything is okay.I ask for something extra and they give it for free.The doll looks really good on the pictures.When I receive the doll I will write how it is.
It is my second time purchasing love dolls.First time, I was purchasing at a different retailer and a different brand. For the second time, I chose Irontech. Prior to purchasing, it is necessary to do more research, such as using instructions and comparing different love doll brands. MORE IMPORTANTLY, be aware of the price! The first time, I purchased a love doll that cost approximately $500. The retailer sent me the photo, which did not match the actual product. It lacked joints. In other words, we don't expect such a love doll can do different postures. I talked to the retailer. And the retailer told me to look at the user manual, which was an unhelpful solution because the user manual said it supported various postures. I am not a greedy person, looking for a perfect doll at a low price. It's because I didn't have experience with the first time I purchased. It's a purchase experience for the first time.As for the second time, I'm more cautious, and I've done research a couple of times. There is a Taiwanese agent, named "76 Doll Shop" recommended Irontech. Still, I was worried because I had to pay more than $2000 for a doll (Actually, a high-quality love doll is supposed to cost more than this price) and was afraid that it would not live up to my expectations. The S29 model love doll matches the description on the official website. The doll is very cute. However, I need more advice on usage. The customer service is very friendly, no matter how many questions I ask, and how stupid the questions may look. I'm satisfied with the customer service because I feel respected, and more importantly, being treated as a true friend. That's the reason why I would like to become a regular customer. And currently, I have ordered some accessories, and I plan to order an oriental series doll. By the way, this brand cares about the details seriously. It matters because the doll is for companionship as well.My last advice for other new buyers:1. Use PayPal to settle the payment.2. Allow some time for delivery, because some dolls have to be shipped from abroad.3. Usually, you receive a doll in good condition. But, in case, just in case, you receive a doll that doesn't live up to the expectation, even defective. Communicate with the seller first. I am sorry about your shopping experience, but don't question "Made in China". I understand some brands don't do a good job. But, as far as my concern, Irontech does a great job. That's why I am willing to be a returning customer.
Customer service is excellent!!! Mike responded to my questions promptly and was very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns!!! All timelines were met and the doll came exactly as ordered. Mike put all my concerns to rest. The doll was professionally constructed and was made to the exact specifications from the details and photos from the website. I am extremely satisfied with IronTech!! I will never make a purchase from any other maker
Excellent product, even more with pricing on mind. They also offer discounts and seasonal offers. I regret having purchased from other brands before. Had I known Irontech Doll products before, I would have definitely bought from this manufacturer.
I wrote a review on Trust Pilot about the rip off I got on a doll I ordered from Rosemary doll and thought I would hear from Irontec Company about this but nothing. I even went to the Irontec doll website, on chat and explained my issue but still no answer. Why is this? This issue is not going away until I get the refund I have requested. I hope Irontec doll Company will help me resolve this issue. The way Rosemary doll is doing business is deceitful and their uncaring attitude is disgusting. I have come across several people that have been ripped off by Rosemary Doll I have told them I will report them to the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, Attorney general office and also send a letter with photos and emails from Rosemary doll to me admitting the photos they sent to me were not color correct. They gave me $500 and that's not acceptable. Now they want me to refund the $500 and they will send me a new doll. I don't trust that a new doll would be any better, I no longer have the $500 and have no room to store another doll. I paid $1475.18 for this order and I just want a refund of the $1465.18 minus the $500 they already refunded me. I am 81 years old and in a power wheelchair and just want to end thisess once and for all. I rather have a refund and be able to write a new review stating that this issue was resolved and that I received a refund for this messed up order. I don't want to send out letters all over and stir up a big investigation but I will if I don't receive the refund I have ask for.
