We have rented a villa in Ischia for two years in a row and Dion at Ischia Review has been an invaluable resource, booking excellent boat tours of the island and providing recommendations as to sites, restaurants and shops. The process is always seamless.
This boat tour was amazing and beyond all expectations. Our skipper Gigi was extremely knowledgeable and flexible regarding our wants and needs. It was a spectacular day on the water! Would very highly recommend this experience!
My girlfriend and I had an amazing time on this excursion around Ischia - it was by far the highlight of an already unreal holiday! We had Dario as our skipper who was beyond fantastic - he was super friendly, informative, and fun to be around. Going into the trip we did not know much about Ischia, but Dario took us around the whole island and taught us about the history and showed us thermal waters, the castle, and amazing swimming spots all over the island. Dario also arranged for us to have a lunch at an authentic Ischian restaurant that was only reachable by water, followed by a tour of the restaurant’s garden - this meal was one of the best we had in Italy. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day. I highly recommend West Coast, and especially Dario, to anyone who is looking for an amazing experience that can be completely customized. I hope to one day come back and relive this day, and I will definitely encourage friends and family who are lucky enough to visit Ischia to do the same!
I can’t say enough about this company. We traveled to Ischia and Positano during our vacation. We needed four different transfers and they all went smoothly. They even booked our ferries for us so it was easy from airport to the island. That for me was key since I don’t speak Italian. I coordinated my travels with Dion who was extremely helpful. He was always very punctual with responses to emails and texts, as well as helping with my travel plans. I will absolutely be using them again and I would highly recommend!!
They were informative, communicative, and fairly priced. All of the drivers were timely, courteous, and spoke English well. We do not speak Italian and were unfamiliar with the ferry system. They got us there on time and in the right place to be successful. I would highly recommend them for your transfer needs.
It was easy to rent a boat here. We reserved it ahead of time. The staff communicated via WhatsApp and it was easy to find the boat, get helpful instructions, and spend a day circling the beautiful island of Ischia. The boat itself was clean and perfectly functional.
We chartered a boat and skipper for a day on the water in Ischia. The excursion was all we expected, and more. The boat was clean and comfortable, with padded bow and a sun canopy. The skippers on board were friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out areas of interest and giving tips about other things to do on Ischia. We spent the day cruising around Ischia, stopping to swim multiple times. We also stopped for lunch in Sant’Angelo. Cold drinks were also provided on board. We saved Ischia as the last stop on our Italy trip, with the boat tour as a highlight. It definitely was a highlight of our holiday, and as the skipper said, “like the cherry on top!” I highly recommend Ischia Review!
This was the best thing we did in our two weeks in Italy. The company was very responsive and answered all questions leading up to the rental, the price was very reasonable and the skipper and assist were great! We were 4 people but with the two employees it really felt like 6 friends boating around for a day.
Everything worked perfectly, with lots of communication about pick ups and drop offs. Charming and efficient staff. We were a little nervous about paying up front, but took the risk and all worked out well. Perhaps it might be possible to take a credit card guarantee instead, but all in all, absolutely no complaints about a job well done.
Ischia Review made our arrival into Ischia from Naples airport after a long flight from Australia and then back to Naples city so effortless. There is a certain chaos at Naples airport and ferry terminal, which could be confounding for the uninitiated. An excellent service I have no hesitation in recommending.
