Seamless experience. Booked transfer from Naples airport to our hotel in Ischia. Driver met us at airport despite 1.5 hour delay to get luggage. Took us to port, gave us ferry tickets. We were met by another driver at Ischia port who took us to our accommodation. All well coordinated, great communication when booking, and we were given several contact numbers in case of issues. Would highly recommend.
We have used Ischia Rewie many times for private transfers from Naples airport to our hotel in Ischia. The first time in 2017, the last time in May 2023. Each time it was a service that could not be faulted. We have enjoyed with gusto the comfort and peace of mind that this service provides. On arrival at Naples airport a personal welcome and without waiting an immediate transfer by comfortable limousine to the port, there we receive our boat tickets and escort to the ship. At the port of Ischia then again a welcome and another smooth transfer to the hotel. We could always count on it, it was always comfortable and pleasant without having to awkwardly haggle over the price with taxi drivers at Naples airport (which had been our experience in the past), and pleasant also in terms of the demeanour of the drivers, who were always dressed as if they were escorting the president and a similarly clean car, so we always felt like VIPs. We will remain clients in the future.
My wife and I chose to use Ischia Review on our first trip to Italy. The customer service was courteous, helpful, and prompt to respond to all of our questions.The drivers were excellent at their job, especially with the challenging small roadways in Ischia and helping us around the port of Naples. Whilst the weather wasn't great, we absolutely loved our time in Ischia with Beppi, he was so lovely and helped us make the best of our time there.Beppi was incredibly informative, fun and accommodating taking us to all the locations promised.Booking the trip was easy and Dion at Ischia Review was so wonderful given that we requested a booking a few days prior.Ischia is gorgeous and we'll definitely be contacting the team at Ischia Review and look forward a more sunny day experience.
Had an all around excellent experience with Ischia Review and Dion. The website is extremely helpful and Dion replies to emails right away with lots of very helpful information. I had lots of back and forth with my plans for Ischia and Dion was always patient and very informative. We also booked a boat tour through him which was fantastic and very reasonably priced.
