I booked my first trip to Italy (and Europe, in fact) through GoRealTravel and it was a great customer experience. Martin and the team provide great recommendations and accommodations on relatively short notice (7 days before departure). The support team was also quick to respond to my inquiries throughout my trip. Martin also took the time to meet me via video call before and after my trip to listen to my requests and my feedback. All I needed to do was to pack and enjoy the trip.
The planning was truly customized to our needs and the team was in constant contact throughout the trip. Updates and reminders were constantly sent on WA. Above and beyond, the recommendations for restaurants and places to eat were spot on and wonderful!
Wonderful, the one word that encompasses our Go Real Travel experience. We selected GRT based solely on their internet reviews. From the first email conversation to the after-trip follow up call, their performance was outstanding.This was my first trip to continental Europe and knew I wanted help with planning. We like to freelance and didn’t want to be in a larger group. GRT listened to what we had in mind, then designed a trip around that live conversation. We traveled for 2 weeks with stops in Munich, Salzburg, Interlachen and Lake Como. GRT made excellent hotel choices and arranged travel between the locations. This included airport pickup and drop off, rail passes and top of line auto transportation. A real treat for me were the private tours arranged at each location. It was just the tour guide, Christy and I. The guide would meet us at our hotel in the morning for a two hour walking tour with lots of colorful information. It’s a great introduction to the area and gives you plenty of time to explore on your own.GRT is available at any time through WhatsApp although we didn’t have to use them, it was reassuring to know they were there..So if you’re like us, and were wondering if we should go this route, just do it! We made a great decision. Will definitely travel with them again.
Excellent experience before, during and after our two week adventure in Europe. And, the newly updated Go Real Travel app made the second half of the trip even more seamless. The commitment to the travelers by the Go Real Travel team. It was seamless, and they were in constant communication with me and my wife. The only thing I would change is the Holiday Inn in Dresden, which was very small and not made for two adults.
Go Real helped us in planning our 2 week tour to Prague, Slovenia & Croatia…They listened to our requirements & then prepared an itinerary tailor made for us …We stayed in 5 locations, The hotels selected were in very good locations. Only the hotel in Plitvice could have been better ….The transfer services & guided were top notch … we had one issue while on the tour which was taken care of promptly by Go Real support team… overall a good experience…

Group tours are not for us. When we travel we want to pick our own experiences and spend as much or as little time as we would like at a particular site, museum, etc. What I don’t want to do is worry about selecting a hotel - is it decent, is it in a good part of town, etc. Go Real Travel is the perfect travel company for us. They selected and booked the hotels based on the type of vacation activities we were seeking. For us, that meant in the old city centers of Salzburg, Vienna and Prague. For each city we had a personal guided walking tour of the old town which was a wonderful introduction to the city. After that we had the itineraries and directions from Go Real Travel that were extremely helpful and detailed. But we didn’t have to follow them exactly as we would have had to do on a group tour - our days were ours to do as we pleased and adjust the itinerary as we wanted. For example they suggested going to Königssee in the morning and Berchtesgaden in the afternoon, but we fell in love with Konigssee and spent most of the day wandering the paths around the lake. Finally, the Go Real Europe team was responsive to what we wanted and made adjustments as requested. They also made suggestions on flights which was much appreciated. This was our second trip with Go Real Travel and we plan to use them again if we head off to one of the destinations they cover.
