If only all technology companies provided customer service like these people do. Even before I ordered a product, they took enough time and shared all the necessary detail to make the right product choice. Next, upon installation they were prompt and precise in their support. I know this should be normal when you buy a product, but unfortunately nowadays it is an exception and I applaud ismartgate for this excellent service level. Moreover, the product works as a should and it's a joy to use in my Apple HomeKit environment.
