I am finally at the end of my journey through my 3 years (1 year A+, 2 years CySA+), eventhough I started working on my coursework late (and came close to missing the deadline) the team was quick and supportive in getting my final steps in place before my exam.My Thanks go to Beverly, Dave and Yolande for assisting me through this. Many more thanks for Beverly for providing support and encourage in my exam as well. It has been a pleasure working with ITCareer Switch, all that is left for me is to work with their Recruitment department for the last step in this Journey.Thanks again to all!
Worth the money for the PRINCE2 and Agile exams alone. If you were to study for these separately, the combined cost of the exams is significantly more than the entire IT Career Switch Traineeship. I would also recommend studying and paying for the APM Fundamentals Qualification. Some of the learning materials and videos are a bit difficult to work with and can easily lead to burnout, and IT Career Switch force you to complete online courses even if you're not interested in gaining the qualification by sitting the exam, which is quite frustrating. So it's a mixed bag and the quality could be a lot better, but probably good value for money anyway.
The team was very supportive and I got very quick responses for my questions during all traineeship. Special thank you for Yolande for the last few weeks. Study materials and labs were excellent and prepared me well for the exams. I recommend IT Career Switch for everyone who want to change the current position and enter with confidence and help into IT industry. Thank you so much.
I recently had to cancel my course with IT Career Switch and was understandably upset about the early termination fee. However, my experience took a significant turn for the better when I spoke with Dean. He was incredibly understanding and worked with me to find an excellent resolution to the matter. What impressed me most was Dean's genuine assurance that my best interests are their primary concern. This wasn't just lip service; his actions truly demonstrated their commitment to supporting their students, even when things don't go as planned. I am so grateful for Dean's support and the positive outcome he facilitated. It speaks volumes about the integrity and care at IT Career Switch.
Cannot thank Stanley enough as my tutor for taking the time to help me get to grips and understand the course better. He went above and beyond and dedicated a full hour with me explains things in such detail I felt I had a better understanding of how to tackle problems in the future
