Beverly was super helpful and patient in my journey. She has also been very supportive and involved throughout the entire process of completing my modules, preparing for the exams and very present regarding any queries i had. Overall such a great experience and I would totally recommend.
IT Careerswitch has its own way of teaching IT.Don't think it will be easy as you will need to study, practise and spend many hours on this but believe me, it is worth it.I am now 2 years in my current IT support position where I have learned way more I could imagine when I started the traineeship and I could not be happier that I made that decision and I am now doing something I love.They will support you and help you in all ways they can, you will just need to ask for that help.Special mention to Ralph who helped me and is still doing it during one of my worst moments in my personal life and he helped me to still be able to continue the training and don't quit it, thank you very much Ralph, I really appreciate what you and your colleagues do.If you ask me if you should start this journey? YES , definitely. You must do it if this is they way you want to go. It will not be easy but if you give it your best, you will achieve great things
IT Career Switch provided a great service when I signed up for a project management traineeship. There were controls in place between modules to ensure my knowledge level was sufficient before moving on. The course work itself was delivered via easy to use audio/visual and slide based presentations, followed by mock exams. There was support on hand the whole way through the process, from sign up, to actively completing modules, then practical assessments and finally the official exams and recruitment phase of the traineeship. The staff were warm and helpful from start to finish.
I was told that it was instruction led training, however I have got the videos and study online through videos. The video material was very good and helpful. Dean was also helpful as whenever I was having any doubts he was helping me. I would definitely recommend this service if you are ok to study online
