I strongly advise caution before signing up with IT Career Switch. In my experience, the support promised was not delivered. The course consisted mainly of pre-recorded videos with little to no interaction or guidance. Communication was minimal, and I only heard from them when it came to payment reminders. Despite reaching out several times to request a course cancellation, they continued attempting to take payments from my account. Unfortunately, it felt more like a sales-driven operation than a genuine learning experience. I would not recommend this service to others.

I have passed my IOSH exam and now I'm revising for the NG1 and NG2, Beverley Koen has been so helpful along the way with booking my exams and explaining what they will involve, also offering me advise on revision and mock testing before the big day!
ITcareerswitch was real easy to use from start to finish. The exam I was preparing for had resources and labs that were engaging and useful. They supply the content for you to watch and finish with internal exams to make sure you're ready to sit the real thing.Studying for A+ I was also given access to material that although wasn't part of the exam, was amazing at expanding my knowledge into other more advanced areas and would be useful for sitting future exams. I thought the video lessons for A+ and Network+ were brilliant, and Security+ was ok but there was an updated version released not too long after completing that module which looked detailed and on par with the others. Microsoft MD modules were the weakest but it's a dry subject anyway ;) and with a tutor an email away for questions I felt like I was getting my value for money. This traineeship is a good way to break into the IT industry if you're looking to jump in without much knowledge or the hassle of finding the steps forward. Combined with your learning outside of this, I would recommend ITcareerswitch for helping your career change into IT.
IT Career Switch has helped me to transition to a career I have been looking at for a while. I have to give full credit to the company who helped me out with time extensions due to me having a truly horrible year last year and taking slightly longer than I would have wanted to complete the course. I have only 1 gripe and that’s the Windows MD courses. The instructor is slow and dull. This would have been a slight annoyance but when getting to the final tests on these courses I realised that at least half the contents of the test hadn’t even been mentioned by the instructor or if they had it was incredibly brief and not in enough detail to actually complete the test. I had to study myself for these tests. This issue was not present in the other courses which I found very engaging and informative. The recruitment process was also very stress free and I actually got a job within a few weeks from a company which my recruiter had contacted with my CV. In summary the course was informative and challenging in parts and the actual exam prep was brilliant. The customer care team was fantastic and very empathetic when they could have just told me that the time limit of a year was firm. I really appreciated that.
