I purchased from Lightopia thinking their return policy was reputable. BEWARE…if installed it’s no longer valid. How can you tell if the light given off will work if not installed? The Capital Lighting, Delaney Rope Chandelier I purchased gives off glaring, off putting light that’s ruins the dining experience. I have 10 ft ceilings, but should NOT be used for a dining room, maybe a hallway, hung much higher. You would NEVER know until installed. The glare is so strong you can’t even see the chandelier. Photos are completely misleading. It is no longer sleek, but an eyesore. I will never purchase from them again. They state customer satisfaction is their top priority. This is far from the truth if they won’t accepted returns or exchanges for lighting that has been installed! Their business is Lighting! Customers need to see the light turned not off!
The light I ordered was nice but very tiny in all reality. My wall swallowed it up. The dimensions listed didn’t really reflect how small the globe is. Unfortunately, there is a substantial fee for returns. Don’t know if it’s worth the fee to continue shopping here.
