doesnt even deserve one star like its so freaking bad, the itvx doesnt even help, and it doesnt even keep me logged in. i have to do some hard work or reset my password each time to log in, and im trying to watch some stuff, but it makes me watch all the long ahh freaking candy crush or whatnot ads and then says retry or itvx help when its time to watch the actual movie, which then again, doesnt work because everytime i click the freakahh itvx help, it opens a new tab which says not found. fix ur freaking app bruh u literally have 1.1 star reviews from all the people who reviewed. pmo istg cant even watch stuff anymore.

Frequent film issues

After some buffering, the film would disconnect. Several times, it returned to the beginning, taking several minutes to fast forward to where you thought you were. A few times, it resumed from where it had dropped.

A disappointing platform - don't waste your time

I registered and started using the service just a few days ago and I'm already completely frustrated. It simply doesn't function properly. As many reviews have noted, the screen often goes blank after an ad break and the content does not resume. Also, if you're watching a series and are lucky enough to finish a particular episode, the next time you return to the platform to watch the next episode, it jumps to the one after. For instance, if you completed episode 3 and then go back to watch episode 4, it takes you to episode 5 instead. The user interface is poor and the entire experience is infuriating. There are some excellent shows available, but it's unfortunate they've ended up on such a poorly designed platform.

The worst app ever.

It constantly freezes, turns itself off, crashes, and overall IT DOESN'T WORK. Don't waste your time. Watching live TV is impossible as you miss so much due to these issues. Does the company actually read any of the negative reviews? If so, why don’t they fix it?

Still unable to access regional news

Still unable to view regional news, can only access London news, even though we live in a different area! It’s incredibly frustrating when the app kicks you off halfway through a movie or program with a message saying, 'Something went wrong - retry.' Then it won’t let you back on! This only happens with this platform; all other apps work perfectly!

Paid for ad-free viewing... only to see ads

I paid for ad-free viewing only to be bombarded with ads because the show I want to watch is 'due to licensing restrictions.' It would be nice if they informed you of this before you pay.

Not more advertisements!!

I just watched a great series, but it was completely ruined by the excessive advertisements, especially in the later episodes. Every few minutes, there was an ad, which detracted from an otherwise excellent drama. This is probably why other services outperform this platform.
