Shocking. The dress I ordered was terrible quality. The company isn’t two girls from Manchester. Items are marketed under different names from China. They don’t offer free returns so expensive to send back. Misleading and misrepresenting to say the least.
Please, please, please don’t make the mistake of ordering from this company.

Where as the website indicates It’s some high-end London shop that’s giving you all these beautiful clothes are a third of the Price. Ivy and Sophie, the ladies that are supposedly the owners are blatantly AI characters.
The clothes I paid £140 for I will be putting them in the charity shop if I can’t get a refund.
Disgusting. Daylight robbery I don’t know how these people get away with it.
Instagram should be held responsible for these companies and shouldn’t be allowed to advertise.
Avoid these people at all costs. The quality of the clothing is substandard, there return policy is horrendous as they want to over charge you on postage then the item gets stuck at customs and you are then out of pocket for the items being returned plus the cost of the return postage. !!!!!!!
What is presented on the website does not match what is actually delivered. What arrives is a poorly constructed and low-quality dress (if it can even be called that). The fabric feels extremely cheap and fake. It's terrible. I discarded it immediately. I doubt I will ever hear back from them. A valuable lesson learned!
Deceptive practices - the items are substandard, the quality is nonexistent, and support is lacking. They send low-quality products, and their advertising does not match the terrible quality of the clothing. They only provide partial refunds with high return costs, and customer service is nonexistent. Stay away from this company; they will exploit you. 🤬
Do not buy - as mentioned in previous reviews, the dress I ordered was far from what I expected: huge, low quality, and had a strange smell. They offered to let me keep the dress and send another one for free. When I declined, they suggested a partial refund and mentioned donating the dress. They always claim to be environmentally friendly, yet I have to pay for returns to their overseas warehouse. This site is a scam; do not purchase!
