We engage three different solar power companies to get quotes on upgrades to our solar system, including the installation of a solar battery. Solahart was by far the more thorough of the three, the spent more time with us to go over our needs and expectations, and to explain options and come up with the best solution. They responded to all our queries timely, they updated us as we were progressing with the ordering and installation, they installed the products as planned, they followed up with a visit to check and reconfirm all systems were correctly working as planned (and even tuned our system to improve its operation), and they found the best way forward to protect the external battery even with the limitations provided by the location we had available in our home. We are extremely impressed with the whole team behind Solahart Shoalhaven, and especially want to thank Alex Novotny for his valuable services and advise to get us the best solution within our budget. Alex even worked evenings and weekends, answering our queries and making sure we got the best system here. Exceptional service from beginning to end The team at the company was absolutely fantastic. Everything was clearly explained throughout the process, and they took the time to ensure we understood how the system operated. Upon completion, a representative even guided us through the phone app so we could easily monitor our solar usage. What truly impressed us was their attention to detail and commitment to customer care. They noticed a few tire marks left on the driveway from the equipment and actually returned to clean it — a delightful surprise and something rare to see. The team was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. To top it off, the support team called us after the job was done to ensure everything was tidy and that we were satisfied with the installation. The installation team was excellent—no issues at all. The initial representative who sold us the system: I’m glad he is no longer active. I believe that representatives should have a deeper understanding of the systems they promote. Selling is one thing, but practical application is far more crucial.
A well-organized group of tradespeople arrived on time to begin a complete installation of solar panels, batteries, and an inverter, along with solar hot water. The work was finished within a day, and I was able to enjoy a hot shower that night. The site was left clean and tidy; highly recommended, thank you to the team.
Overall, the solar panels and batteries we've received so far are excellent, though a bit more communication regarding the arrival and installation of the batteries would have been appreciated. The installers did a fantastic job, very professional and courteous.
