This review is intended to formally address significant shortcomings in service and overall experience during our stay at a premium resort from December 26 to December 31, 2025, which was booked well in advance. Given the high prices and the resort's branding as a family-friendly destination, the experience did not meet reasonable expectations. Check-in was notably bland and lacked any welcoming gestures, which was especially disappointing considering this was our grandchildren’s first visit and one of them was celebrating a birthday. Despite wearing birthday pins, there was no acknowledgment or special treatment to enhance these memorable moments. In our family suite, we expected certain amenities that were not provided, such as complimentary bottled water or snacks, forcing us to arrange for outside deliveries to meet basic needs. This lack of offerings is not in line with the price and reputation of a deluxe resort. When we requested a late check-out due to a child's illness, the request was denied without any flexibility or understanding, which was particularly disheartening. We received conflicting information about refillable cups, learning too late that they could only be refilled at the resort. This lack of clarity caused unnecessary confusion. Despite wearing birthday pins throughout our stay, there was no recognition in the parks, which was surprising for a company known for its storytelling and magic. The dining points system was ambiguous, leading to unexpected out-of-pocket expenses due to unclear definitions of what constitutes a snack versus a meal. We also found that the Fast Passes we purchased allowed access to each attraction only once per day, a detail that was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase, diminishing their value. Character interactions were limited, with only a handful of characters seen throughout our visit, which was disappointing for first-time visitors. We were not informed about available resort activities or children’s programming, leading to missed opportunities that could not be regained. Despite these issues, a few cast members provided excellent service and deserve recognition for their professionalism. Overall, this stay felt transactional rather than magical, and we believe there are significant gaps in communication and service that need to be addressed. We kindly request that this review be escalated for further consideration.
I purchased a Disney+ bundle that included Hulu and ESPN, but I rarely find sports on ESPN that interest me. When I access ESPN, there's a button to unlock the content. After contacting customer service, I was informed that I needed to upgrade my bundle. It seems unfair to have to upgrade when the game I want to watch is advertised to be on ESPN, not on a different version. I cannot recommend anything from this company.
The prices here are extremely high, and I dislike the long wait times due to the crowds. When trying to order a drink, the bar staff offered cocktails at $18 each, and the cost for one night was $100! I will never return to this destination.

I had a reservation but wanted to switch to a different hotel. This booking included a free dining promotion and flights. I confirmed availability but was told I had to create a new booking, which was £180 more expensive. I didn't understand why, as the flights were unchanged. After a frustrating conversation, I acquiesced due to my desire for the holiday. I found the supervisor to be particularly rude. This is the first time I’ve given a low rating; I usually commend their service.
