Review Time
Atrocious. 4 days after payment for a virtual office mad submitting verification documents, offering various method for finalizing KYC, from phone to Google meet to any messenger call, nobody reached out. 50 email (not exaggerating) communication with their support who apologized profusely. 8 missed scheduled calls. 5 missed "our compliance team member will contact you within 10 minutes". Rediculous. After my email reminding them that I am a paying company and that they've not fulfilled their obligations of having someone from compliance reach out within 24 hrs of me submitting my documents to finalize KYC, the only reply was their initiation of a refund. No apology email. No reason. Nothing.
This is not a service. This business is a headache that lost me a business week of time.
Very bad experience with IWG (Spaces 22 Arroba).
After returning an office in excellent condition—with only 4 small, perfectly standard mounting holes—the company attempted to charge us €741.13. This amount is completely disproportionate, unjustified, and does not correspond to any fee schedule communicated prior to signing.
We received no concrete proof, no transparency, just an automated response to justify these abusive charges.
Deducting such a sum from the deposit without real justification shows a serious lack of professionalism and honesty. We strongly advise against this center for any company or freelancer looking for a reliable coworking space. Be very careful with your money.
They offer a dependable service. We have utilized the service in two different cities when we urgently required office solutions, and they came through for us. The efficiency with which they coordinated to set up offices for our remote team was a pleasure for us.
After more than two years as a paying customer, I can assert that the issues I faced are indicative of a broader systemic failure in governance, transparency, and accountability within the company. My experience includes multiple locations, with ongoing problems affecting operations. 1. Frequent technical failures disrupted operations; basic infrastructure consistently failed. Escalations were slow or overlooked. 2. Numerous incorrect invoices and administrative issues; clients are penalized for minor delays. 3. Significant delays in refunds; a security deposit took roughly 87 days to be refunded. 4. Inconsistent pricing and lack of transparency; different clients received varying prices for identical offices. 5. Office reassignments disregarded agreements, illustrating a culture of convenience over commitment. 6. Issues were ignored instead of addressed; blocking users is not customer service. 7. Insufficient oversight and enforcement of rules across locations. The company promotes “global standards” but operates with localized risk borne by clients. My experience indicates that local issues are tolerated because escalation mechanisms fail. For anyone considering these brands: read reviews thoroughly, document everything, and be prepared for slow resolutions, if any.
You have taken my money! This isn't the first time! I demand the return of my deposit. Do not act like thieves! What does this response to my complaint mean? Unfortunately, the time has passed for me to keep your case open without progress, so I must close it now as unresolved, but if you have more concerns, you can still submit a query through the ‘Help’ section of your online account when you're ready again. We wish you all the best and hope to hear from you soon, thank you. Such rudeness is truly unbelievable. You are behaving like vulgar thieves!
⚠️ CAUTION – It's telling that I only received a response after leaving a public review. As of December 16, the situation has not changed. They owe me a significant amount following the cancellation of my account, and this has been outstanding for months. I first reported these issues in September, and now nothing has been resolved. The only response I receive is the same generic message: “We are checking internally and will get back to you.” This wording has been repeated for months, with no concrete action or refund. My file was only “found again” after my public comment. An “internal investigation” is now mentioned, even though all documents were provided long ago. No responsible person has been identified, and no refund has been processed. This suggests a deliberate delay strategy rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. I want to be clear: I am not asking for explanations or investigations; I am simply asking for my money back. To anyone considering contracting with them: ⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING. ⚠️ Based on my experience, these practices seem fraudulent regarding refunds.
