This has been one of the most frustrating stores I've dealt with. I've shopped at various places for goods from Japan, but this experience was particularly upsetting. I had to pay additional shipping fees because they failed to calculate the total correctly for an in-stock item. While I understand that extra costs can arise due to tariffs in the USA, this store made the situation incredibly difficult. Other sites I’ve used handled extra charges well, especially for pre-orders, but this one couldn't even manage basic pricing. Then they sent me an invoice through a payment service, which caused multiple errors while trying to pay. I tried several web browsers and the app, but nothing worked. To top it off, the support team was completely unhelpful. I strongly recommend avoiding this store. There are many better options available.
Original plushies of great quality. I always receive my items, and it brings me joy to open the packages. They are shipped securely, and the boxes arrive in good condition. The only downside is the high shipping costs. I understand the reasons behind it, but it’s still frustrating. If the shipping fees were lower, I would have likely ordered much more. Overall, it's a reliable company to buy from, and I recommend it.
