I ordered a ring and absolutely love it !! I usually don't write reviews. After reading SO MANY negative remarks and reviews I needed to share my experience. The purchased ring was a great price and I really liked the design. I ordered it. I got emails letting me know progress of the order. It arrived in a time frame that was reasonable. The ring was exactly as pictured the quality worth the price paid fit perfectly and I LOVE IT ❣️It in no way looks cheap or cheaply made. If you find a piece of jewelry on their website I highly recommend go for it !!
Took forever to receive my ring. I should have known this was too good to be true. Customer Service was absolutely horrible until I told them the "homemade" piece is crap and turned my finger green within a few days. Now they want photos of that. I pitched it in the trash. BUYER BE WARE. CHEAP STUFF. WASTE OF MONEY

They do not respond to emails. My credit card was charged multiple times, but the orders were never shipped. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card provider. This website should be taken down. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to alert them about this fraudulent business.

I was surprised to see the jewelry on this site—the same items can be found elsewhere too. After reading the reviews here, my suspicions were confirmed. The responses to inquiries are filled with affectionate phrases like 'my dear,' which suggest it's sweet older ladies replying. It's a shameful scam, unfortunately.
This is a company claiming to be a small operation crafting items, but in reality, every product is sourced from another platform. For instance, the dragonfly earrings are available for £1.61 there, while this company, claiming to handcraft them, charges £30. This needs to be reported to the appropriate authorities.
