I had ordered a Japam Karungali bracelet but received a Karungali mala instead. I had placed an order on 14th but the product got delivered on 24th.And when I opened the package, the box delivered is from some other store. They won't respond to customers properly, not picking the calls or responding to mails on time. Asked me to send them an unboxing video. It's been 3 days and I'm constantly mailing, sending all the proper required unboxing. They just said the product delivered is karungali but not from them and they've just cancelled the return request. Very bad experience with Japam.
I purchased a pyrite bracelet from japam, and the product I received had faded beads. When I requested a replacement earlier, it was unfairly rejected. Now, the elastic string holding the beads has started breaking as well. This clearly shows poor product quality. I demanded them an immediate replacement with a new bracelet But in vain.Dont buy anything from them their response team is pathetic all AI chat based driven no human interaction to even explain.
This company is a complete fraud, they are very aggressive on their marketing, but their customer support is very dull and pathetic. They don't respond to customers.I ordered a 7 mukhi rudraksh for myself. The given delivery date was 8 aug but then got delayed for 9 aug, then again got delayed by 4 days. And guess what i received a damaged product from their end, when I asked for refund only, they are not responding. I provided them all the proof, images, videos. But still they are now not responding.Do buy from them.
I ordered a Rudraksha for my mother on 21st July 2025 (Order #JPM1065887) . Delivery was promised on Friday, but got delayed without notice to Saturday. Then again on Sunday – and still no delivery.Shockingly, the delivery agent took OTP from my elderly mother without delivering the product and marked it as “Delivered”! When we followed up, he gave excuses, lied repeatedly, and stopped picking up calls. After 3 days of constant follow-up and mental stress, the parcel was finally delivered on Monday evening. But what’s worse – Japam hasn’t responded to a single email or complaint till now. No apology. No explanation.This is shameful behavior, especially for a spiritual brand dealing with sacred items like Rudraksha.If you care about trust, transparency, and basic delivery ethics, I strongly urge you to think twice before ordering from Japam.

Very very bad experienceI ordered one tiger eye bangle in July 20th and paid by gpay They never sent item always sending messages your address not correct I request refund they didn’t give I strongly believe this is cheating My advice please don’t order this is fake very unfair
