Since i can't give 0 stars, 1 will have to do. If you order from them, you'll regret it! Non-existent customer service, non-contact, non-deliverer. Ordered 1 October, now 17 November. No contact from the company, calls go directly to voice-mail. Buyer beware!

THIS "STORE" NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN YEARS AGO

THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELYBought an Adult Female Metallic Pinktoe T. (very docile and cooperative species) from these a**hats. Paid almost $100 for it including 2 Day shipping, all for my Birthday (Saturday) and hoped to get her by Tuesday. To my surprise, they sent her 2 days late (Thursday Morning)... in a plastic container filled with F***ING DIRT!! (with a small coldpack in the box as well for some odd reason???) Not in the paper-towel lined plastic container ANY & ALL small critters should've been shipped in. She suffocated on the dirt she was packed in and couldn't move. That is straight up animal cruelty and neglect. I'm not even going to try to get my money back, according to all the other reviews about people not getting theirs. I hope the person who OK'd this ends up buried alive for five days, see how they'd like it. If there was an option to leave photos, I would.

Fake store

They take your money but the phone numbers are not in service and they do not respond to customer service requests through email. I doubt they’re a real company.

Don't bother with this store

Don't bother with this store. Ordered baby turtles back in April. It's end of June, still no turtles. I asked for refund a month ago but no response. Save your money.

Not worth it regardless of if I get my newt or not

I ordered a newt back in May. My purchase was confirmed on May 11th and I was charged the full amount (despite the fact that I chose the 30 business day option which is supposed to charge half as a deposit and the other half when the order ships). I have emailed multiple times and called the number on the website and haven’t heard anything back. It’s been well over 30 business days and I haven’t received a single thing past the initial email. I called the number for the accounting department through Hillbilly Market, which is what the charge was processed under, and upon further research I found hillbillyreptiles.com that has an identical website. I’m waiting to see if anything comes from my message left with the accounting department at Hillbilly Market but overall this seems like a giant scam.

I ordered 2 lizards from these people

I ordered 2 lizards from these people, no lizards came and the phone number said it was disconnected. They tried to debit me, cause the charge was there on my banking page, but I stop payment in time. This is a total scam. Do not order from this fake vendor. Shame on you!!

Scam. Please be safe

Ordered 2 tree frogs, paid nothing for shipping. They were supposed to come before may 30 and ive called them 4 times and sent 3 emails. No response. Please do not order from them. Theyre a scam. I never got the frogs.

Paid for a tarantula a month and a half ago. Have not heard one thing. Not the store in Canada. Will Never purchase any animals again! They are like my ex, a bunch of thieves!!!

Waiting for anything...

I purchased a snake almost 2 months ago, didnt pay for any kind of expedited service, but was immediately charged for it. In the last two weeks I've emailed twice and left at least two messages via phone to find out about any kind of timetable for delivery. So far I've received no feedback of any kind, except a form email from their contact is page.

Spent over 130 for lizards and shipping…

Spent over 130 for lizards and shipping never received them though my account was withdrawn. Cant get anyone to respond. judging from these reviews im not the only one. Anybody want to start a class action suit with me?
