Ordered for the first time a magazine for my personal collection through them, and the package arrived quick with no damage. The magazine was well protected with bubble wrap and was in perfect condition! Will buy from them again next time! Thank you!
I have ordered from them multiple times now, because they try to get the things that are not available to the general public outside of Japan. They are transparent from the start and inform you that they cannot guarantee any of the items you purchase because they are dependent on the stock of the event location. But to my luck, I have gotten almost everything I ordered. It's nice that they are located in the EU so shipping is fast and there are no extra fees involved.All in all it's a nice place to source some rare merch from.
I live in Italy so the shipping was international but the package still arrived quickly and intact 🥹 I was a little afraid because abroad they ship with MondialRelay of which I had read bad reviews but the package really arrived! They then are excellent, I was so scared that I had written them on Instagram but they immediately reassured me by telling me that eventually they would ship my order again. Otherwise they really have so many things in the store that are unobtainable elsewhere. I will buy again 😍
