I ordered a transmission from Jask Auto Parts, and unfortunately, after installation, it was not working properly. I contacted them for a replacement, and they identified that the pump was faulty. They initiated a refund for the pump.
I was hesitant to order such a costly component online, and when it didn't work, I feared my concerns were valid. However, I must say that the representative from customer service was exceptional in providing reassurance and keeping us informed about the situation. We received a replacement part promptly. I have to confess, I was initially frustrated, but the representative maintained a professional and upbeat demeanor throughout the entire experience. This service is genuinely reliable! If you need a part, I would strongly recommend this service! They are dependable and honor their commitments.

I ordered a brake control valve body and the attached electronic brake control module. They said they had 2 in stock and the assembly would ship quickly. After 2 days with no tracking they said it would be another 2 or 3 business days. The next day they charged my credit card. After a week and a half more of promising it will ship shortly I figured this must be some scam setup. I was ready to reverse the credit card charges. I finally convinced them to cancel the order and they did do it. In the end, I found the part for half the cost at junkyard and it was in great shape. Jask seems very shady and will not give truthful answers. They only tell you what you want to hear until they can find what you want.
