Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. I had a booking confirmed and turned up at 8:45am as arranged, but the receptionist immediately dismissed me and claimed there was no booking. The way she spoke to me was very rude and patronising, and she was making strange facial expressions while I was simply trying to explain that the appointment had been confirmed.

When I politely asked if she could check again or help me find another available time or date, her attitude became even worse. Instead of trying to help, she abruptly asked why I had even bothered coming and questioned why I hadn’t driven 90 minutes to the dealership where I originally bought the car. The tone was incredibly unprofessional and felt completely unnecessary.

The situation escalated further when she began snapping at me while I tried to explain the issue with my warranty. She bluntly told me she wasn’t interested in hearing about my warranty and dismissively said that Peugeot had nothing to do with Vauxhall. The whole interaction felt hostile and unwelcoming, and I left feeling frustrated and quite shocked by how poorly I had been treated.

Warranty repair..I’d like to say I’m happy I am with the repair service I’ve received from your dealership today the ease of booking the communication throughout has been fantastic I recently brought the car and it had an issue with the massage seat and the under tray wasn’t secured although these are annoying issues having just brought it the fact that you’ve taken ownership of the issue and resolved this for me is such a positive customer experience the issues were fixed quickly and efficiently and even other problems like the brakes were addressed and fixed free of charge which is so impressive the car was even cleaned and valeted upon collection again at no cost you’ve gained a repeat customer thanks again

Pleasant garage and salesman to purchase a car.

When I go to buy a car, the first thing I require is a non pushy salesman. Martin certainly fitted that requirement. He was patient and never made us feel pressurised. We were offered a test drive which he explained everything about the car. Happily we bought the car and yet again on handover every last detail was explained. Thank-you Martin for your help.

Usually when dealers persist in ringing you 2 and a half years into a 4 year deal to upgrade your car it makes you think they have something to offer you in terms of a deal of some sort.Advanced Vauxhall in Watford have zero , nothing to offer at all , don't bother always hated Vauxhall's but somehow ended up with one thought I'd give them a chance.You sell bang average family cars that do everything it says on the tin , nothing more you need to be a bit more humble you are Vauxhall not Audi , BMW or Mercedes.Far too expensive good luck selling Corsa's for 24k
