I placed my order in December. The website indicated that no appointment was necessary at the lab, but I decided to book one just in case. The self check-in was straightforward, and I waited about 15 minutes. However, the lab couldn't perform my blood draw due to my health issue. Thankfully, the service refunded me immediately after I contacted them. Just a tip: the website allows you to customize your blood test combination, so do your research to ensure you select only the tests you truly need. It can be more cost-effective than other platforms if you focus on the essential tests.
The results were uploaded four days early, which was a plus, but the blood draw felt hurried and the email follow-up seemed generic. Ultimately, I received the information I needed—clear numbers and no insurance complications—but I left feeling more like a number than a patient.
This service has been life-saving. In May 2025, my routine liver enzyme bloodwork showed results over 300 (critical). My doctor wanted me to go straight to the hospital, which I declined due to past experiences, aiming to avoid unnecessary invasive tests. I wanted to identify the cause related to my diet or certain vitamin supplements. I ordered the liver enzyme test weekly for several weeks, paying close attention to my diet. My levels gradually decreased. During this time, I reintroduced some foods I had previously eliminated, which caused spikes, helping me identify triggers. My enzyme levels are now normal, down from 300+ to the mid-20s. Note: my doctor scheduled a follow-up for September 2025 (four months away). There’s no way traditional medical protocols would allow for such frequent testing. I truly believe this service played a crucial role in saving my life. Long story short, I've learned my liver can't tolerate grain-fed beef, sugar, and the unknown causes from vitamin supplements. I'm now eating 100% grass-fed beef without issues.
I would definitely recommend this service. The communication was excellent. I was always updated on my lab results, and ordering tests was incredibly easy, with them sent directly to the testing center. It significantly reduced my health anxiety to have control over my testing, and I was in and out of the testing center in just 15 minutes. The staff were very professional, and my results arrived the next day. I’m truly satisfied with this service and encourage everyone to try it.
There was a lack of communication; they didn’t send results or next steps via email, and I had to call for updates. Trying to reach a doctor was nearly impossible, and customer service was quite disappointing. I won’t be using this service again.
