My online order was shipped and delivered quickly. The order included 4 bowls, one of which arrived with a chip at the edge, so I emailed customer service, received a reply on the first business day, and a replacement bowl was sent out without delay. I am very pleased with the products of my order, the prompt response of customer service, and the quick resolution of my issue. This was my first time ordering from this company. I would highly recommend them to others and will likely make more purchases in the future as well.
The problem I had was with your on line catalog it was confusing for me and my daughter and it caused me to order the wrong silicone mold , after it arrived I had to go back on line and find the correct one . So I spent 208 dollars more than I needed to . I don’t have time to send the smaller mold back so I will just have to find a use for it . I spent a lot of time to search your catalog the first time because I wasn’t 100% sure I was ordering the correct one . Eventually I just ordered it and when it came I realized I was wrong .
