I bought my first Henkels french knife from you 36 years ago when I was just an apprentice cook. I am way beyond that now and have spent a lot of money with JB PRINCE over the years and I am buying equipment recently and it has been rough to understand. I am back ordered on rings that were in stock, but items in stock are now out. When you try to reach customer service for an explanation you are dumped out of your call to leave a message in an abyss of tardy responses. I understand what is going on globally, but if you are doing business, then it is incumbent upon you to have a logical, customer friendly system in place. Service has always been a strong point of yours. Please reconsider how things are getting done, it needs improvement. A mistake on an order placed on line should be fixable before it departs the store or warehouse, not after. It is not easy to go to ups and stand on line up to an hour to return an item. this could have been prevented. Best wishesRichard Beckel
