Ordered 20 pcs of a items I was sent 8 When I called and spoke with a rep , they had no ideal with JB will receive more or when the remaining item will be sent to me ???I need the items in the next 2 week or this purchasing the items was a waste of time and money . I ask the rep to give me a follow up phone call and that never happened as well !
The pan I ordered arrived clearly previously used. When I reported this and supplied photos, the customer service representative impugned my testimony, responding with an attitude, saying they had never had this problem before. They eventually did promise to refund my money, hence an extra star. However, they then explained that all the scratches to the non-stick surface, as well as the dough still sticking to the exterior of the pan and the oily fingerprints were all artifacts of the production process. If this is how the pans are made, I wouldn't recommend buying one.
