I haven’t gotten my order and it just says “it’s been delayed” probably not on JB Prince but it doesn’t change the fact that no one has reached out or given me any updates.

The customer service is amazing. You can speak with a person right away and just explain the problem. How refreshing. And it gets fixed.

The equipment I ordered unfortunately was wrong. Nothing on JB prince end. However the return of the product has been an issue. The time it has taken to connect with them and the process has been not great.
