The single large stainless steel spoon was mailed to me in a single paper-thin plastic mailer. It's a miracle it arrived without getting bent out of shape in transit, especially because for some reason UPS tried on at least three occasions to deliver it without success.
Placed an order on Oct 15 and as of today (Oct 28) have not received my order. The package shows going from NY to CA on its way to NC!!! At the very least, you should have a notification system that tells you after a preset time that there is a delivery problem with a customer.
I got the product I wanted, and the product itself is excellent. I didn’t appreciate that I got charged what felt like an exorbitant amount for shipping, and that the shipping charge wasn’t visible until after I’d clicked on payment. At that point it was not worth reversing the whole process, but I didn’t appreciate it at all.
