I got the product I wanted, despite pricey shipment

I got the product I wanted, and the product itself is excellent. I didn’t appreciate that I got charged what felt like an exorbitant amount for shipping, and that the shipping charge wasn’t visible until after I’d clicked on payment. At that point it was not worth reversing the whole process, but I didn’t appreciate it at all.

original Kunz spoons, good service

I wanted the original Kunz spoons to give as gifts, so went to JB Prince. Everything was very smooth. It would be nice to have a “gift” option so the spoon comes in a cardboard box or bag (pay a little extra for that of course), but not a big deal as I will print the Wirecutter article and put it in a gift bag.
