Before I placed my order I searched for promo codes online to insure the best price I could find. I found a link to a 10% off promo code "welovechefs" actually on the JB Prince website. After multiple attempts to unsuccessfully use the code I called JB Prince customer service to ask about it and was told it is an expired code that is over a year old. I made that call to customer service before I placed my order (3-4 weeks ago) and suggested it be removed to avoid future confusion by others. As of today the same search provides the same promo code promotion on the JB Prince website. Advertising accuracy is important.
