Best customer service anywhere!

Great products, but the real star is the customer service! Had a glitch with shipping and they made everything right! Super friendly and went beyond the norm handling it. I've alway appricated this company for the products they carry but the folks have made me a "forever" customer.

I think your shipping charges are grossly excessive. I came very close to cancelling the order before payment, and should have. I could have gotten the same items through Amazon, but did not check first.
