The product is good. How should a company behave/interact with their customers and employees? I could be wrong but, if their quality control is any sort of reflection of their culture, its good. We dislike comparing but, it helps navigate. Compared with same products offered from other manufacturers or store fronts, JB Prince is good. Other stores or brands fall short on material durability and customer service. Like that line cook working too hard not to work. JB Prince has my respect for the time being. I am new using their products and shopping through them. So far so excellent.
