Was on a waiting list for a product and…

Was on a waiting list for a product and was notified promptly by JB Prince when it was back in stock so I ordered it! The French steel baking sheet is a quality product and I look forward to using it. There was no indication as to whether it should be 'seasoned' but it comes with a blue steel finish so I seasoned it anyway.

I purchased these products because there is definitely a good reputation behind the JB Prince products. I'm very happy with the customer service shown by the company. When one of my chisels arrived it has a chip in the metal leading to the cutting end. I called it in the the company sent me a new one with no hesitation. I will continue to rely on them as my "go to" brand.
