Review Time
I had a bunch of mastercard online giftcards only and I needed to get rid of it to be able to get amazon balance reloaded. Card Cash was the best pace for this. I was able to reload through my eGiftCards on paypal and I even got the $100 eGift Cards for $99.50 through Card Cash
Since each card has $100 on it and I wanted to max out the Benefits, I decided to pay with split payments options and I was able to max out the 1st card and then $99 from the second card and so forth.
The Egift Cards arrived Instantly, and they worked right away.
To convey the full experience, I need to share the entire story. I found myself in need of cash to settle a bill and remembered I could still redeem a gift card from a giveaway. I selected a store I wouldn't normally use and began the process of selling it. When I finally received the necessary information to proceed, it required my phone number for verification, but in a strange manner: I had to choose it from a dropdown menu. Unfortunately, my number wasn't listed, so they "couldn't process it," forcing me to seek assistance from the support team. After about a week, they seemed to resolve the issue, but when I received my "payment," it wasn't what I expected. Unable to get the deposit numbers in time and not wanting to wait for a check to arrive, I opted for the "prepaid card" option. The website fails to clearly explain this, but it strongly suggests it's just another way to receive payment. Only after activating it did I discover it could only be used for online purchases, and they conveniently stated they "couldn't revoke it." The reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1 is that I eventually managed to use it to pay my bill on the company's website, but that wasn't due to the seller's guidance. I had to dig around and find a suggestion on Reddit that helped. Although I reached out to their customer support because I was pressed for time, they merely offered the routine "is there anything else I can assist you with" before ending the call. When I contacted them on social media to explain my situation, they ghosted me after realizing the issue. I expressed my dissatisfaction to each team I spoke with, but it was an incredibly frustrating experience. On the positive side, I did manage to get the "money" I needed in the end. On the downside, the process was highly inefficient, and if circumstances had been slightly different, like if that company didn’t allow online payments, I would have been in serious trouble due to their misleading payment option. Looking ahead, if I ever need to sell a gift card again, I genuinely question whether I should stick with what I know or explore other options. I can't say for sure if it would have been smoother with a competitor. All I know is that despite the outcome, this is not an experience I want to go through again.
I provided both the gift card information and the physical card to the service. After receiving them, they rejected the card, even though it was a valid, active gift card and they had all the details prior to agreeing to the purchase. They returned the card to me, but the package arrived torn open in a USPS bag with a note about the damage. The company has been unhelpful and refuses to reimburse me for the card they poorly packaged and sent back. Now, I am left without the gift card payment and no original gift card. It's unbelievable. Update: The service contacted me after my review, claiming the package damage was not their fault. They approved the transaction, I sent the card, they received it, and then declined it for 'unknown reasons', stating they couldn’t return it to me. They are not taking responsibility for the transaction process or their inadequate packaging to safeguard the gift card. They are reviewing it internally, but their defensiveness and lack of resolution (only responding after my public review) is quite disappointing.
Initially, I had to spend $10 to send my cards, with no option for free shipping. Then, it took nearly four days for them to review the cards, despite their claim of payment within about two days of receipt. Ultimately, after the expense and the wait, they refused to pay for any of the legitimate cards, and I had to have them all returned. This was a terrible experience, and I regret trusting the information provided on their site. I will not use this service again.
Before I decided to use the service, I took the time to research it thoroughly. I found various reviews online, both positive and negative, which initially made me feel hesitant about proceeding. However, I reminded myself that everything is under control, including our finances. I prayed about my decision and chose to have faith. Trusting in a higher power often brings peace, even in uncertainty. I submitted my information on December 17, 2025, and the following day, I mailed in my gift cards along with the necessary receipt, adhering to the provided instructions. I used First Class Mail for tracking purposes. The package was received on December 24, 2025, despite being sent from a different state. That same day, I called to check on the status and spoke with a kind representative who assured me that my cards were under review and that payment would be processed once everything was confirmed. By the very next day, I received my payout. Here’s the breakdown: $100 gift card → $80 payout $25 gift card → $19.38 payout My total payout was $99.38, as promised. (Via PayPal) Overall, my experience with the service was excellent. The process was seamless, communication was effective, and payment was prompt. This experience reinforced my belief that with faith and prayer, things tend to work out well. If you’re feeling uncertain or discouraged, I encourage you to pray, trust, and move forward with confidence. All praise to the higher power. This testimony serves as a reminder that every aspect of our lives, including financial choices, is guided. May this story bring you peace and reassurance...🕊️🙏🏽✨
I confirmed that the funds were on the card, even providing an original receipt. After an investigation that lasted over a month, I was informed the card was only valid for in-store purchases. Today, I learned that the card was sold and the client claimed it was inactive, leading to a refund request. The card is only usable in stores, and checking the balance shows it as inactive. I ended up refunding the client, returning the card, and being charged from a different card, which feels unjust. I shouldn’t have to pay for this error, and it feels like theft. Please resolve this issue as it seems unfair. This is the order number for reference.
I sent order in and made sure that Academy activated the cards and they have confirmed the amount and customer service agents for the store confirmed the amount and gave me this statement as when you go online and try to look up the card number it says the card isn’t activated but customer service agent and manager told me this statement. “It will show inactive since it is a merchandise gift card which can only be used for in store purchase and they were able to confirm that the money was there and I even sent recipients with the cards for proof and more evidence of what the store stated to me as it’s been well documented and I’ve went through a lot of time and money having to go to the store and having to speak with the manager and he was able to verify the money was there and online if you’re speaking to the staff online support they gonna verify the money is there and now it’s been a entire month and I have sent the cards back to you and evidence here’s the order # 3773536 and the tracking number 9400136106195293799088 please release my payment as I have done everything and even double verified the money was there and sent receipts as more proof please and thanks
I placed an order for $50 DoorDash gift card just to try to save $3.05. After the payment, I received the email with the PDF file attached which has the card number in it. I logged into my DoorDash account and try to redeem the gift card but it always shows "Unable to redeem gift card. Enter your gift card PIN again". I also called the DoorDash company's official customer service to check what's wrong with the this gift card I literally just purchased from CardCash.com a couple hours ago. (I would have called them right after but I purchased the gift card around 1am and the DoorDash's customer service wasn't avaiable until the morning). They told me that they tried to verify this gift card but this gift card is not found in their system. It's a invalid card number. CardCash.com is a scam! I'm trying to reach CardCash.com's customer service now. I have emailed them and I also called their number but unfortunately, it's the weekend now so I can't reach anyone. Let's see if they will get back to me through email as soon as possible and give me back the full refund! This is way too frustrating, and annoying. I recommend anyone who tries to save some bucks please do your best to avoid this website. Since, you most likely will waste a lot of your time and money. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!! I NEED MY FULL REFUND!!!
