Its not even WORTH a rating. I purchased $50 in credits back on 06/17 and THOUGHT I purchased a Coach mystery box costing $41. I have bank records to prove it. After several weeks, I started emailing the company, and the only response I got was "Our Customer Service is open Monday through Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm.We will try to answer this email as soon as possible, but please consider that it might take up to 48 hours to receive an answer." NO PACKAGE! NO RETURN OF MONEY! NO CORRESPONDENCE except for the corporate excuse. And this company is supposed to be one of the better ones!?????????? Think twice before you invest. I'm $50 poorer now. After receiving your response, I am still out $50 - my bank statements prove it. And if your company had any sense, my shipping address is the same as my billing address, which obviously you have since you took my money. It's kind of fishy that the emails I did get from Jemit regarding my purchase mysteriously disappeared from my email account. Want to boost your ratings? Provide refunds and don't mislead your customers over promises you don't intend on keeping!07/30/25 - but it was okay for the company to take the $50 on my credit card and never process the order. VERY SHADY!
