These people at Betnow cost me $600 in charges from 2 banks, for the 2nd time in my 7 years being a VIP customer with them. Its a nightmare in long haul being customer at Betnow. I have provided them with bank statment after bank statemnet over a 7 year period and it just just gets worse and worse when ther processeors put you on alerts with US banks. ITS A NIGHTMARE....Im a 7 year VIP customer and Im 2 debit cards canceled and $600 under from BETNOW.....I have actiev superbowl wgers with and thats the ONLY reason Im keeping my accounbt active. Funnt thing is they were willing to close my account while I have active wagers......UNREAL

I contacted customer service several times about my payout which states 5 business days to receive the funds but received it in 7 business days, you need to correct the site and say 5 to 7 business days so it can be my choice to use that way for payment and then I was told I have to show proof of not being paid which made me feel like you was calling me a liar and cheater. My opinion!!

I also played their casino and I read some other reviews and don't know why people are saying it's rigged. I felt the game War was generous until I got a little greedy, and blackjack was streaky. Extremely disappointing experience with this platform.

This is by far the worst platform I have encountered. I have been using it for some time regarding the casino, and I've noticed that some blackjack tables I was winning on suddenly became inaccessible with an "Error" message stating the table is not defined. Winning on this platform seems nearly impossible. The only reason I continue to use it is because their payouts have been reliable whenever I do manage to win, which is quite rare. I frequently play at the premium casino's blackjack, and I have lost much more than I've won. All casinos are structured for you to lose; you just need to be wise enough to know when to stop. I've invested too much money without seeing significant returns. With the new year upon us, it's time for a change.
