The item came without instructions except a link to some poor youtube videos. The front piece wouldn't attach, the customer support lines and email either do not work and no one responds. No one was willing to update me about my request for replacements.

Comfortable and Adjustable

No quick fix but it works

I have been using Jes Extender for about two years. Within the first half year I gained 2 cm in lenght. I have not been able to gain any more lenght so far. But in girth I grew out of the standard model and bought the xl-model and I keep growing in girth. I had a 'pencil penis' but with time the circumference is equalizing more and more on the whole shaft. Sure it hurt in the beginning and it was troublesome to wear, but now I have found my way of doing it and - I kid you not - I actually long to be alone and put on the 'cage'. It gives me better erections and combined with eg. kegel exercises it really gives you a nice feeling of control in the pelvic floor. I have never been able to sleep with it. My one complaint is the front piece in the xl-model: The plastic is of lesser quality than the standard model and it breaks quite easily. I have had it replaced two times by my danish contact.
