I received the bracelet, but the engraving was barely visible. They offered a 10% discount and to keep the bracelet. I accepted since there was little point in further complaints. Still very disappointed with the product; if they advertise engraving, it should at least be clear and visible. The image shown on the site does not accurately represent the engraving.
