I have used Jetpac a couple times now and whenever I have been unsure of anything, I have always been able to contact and resolve any issues very promptly via phone and email. I recently had an issue that involved a number of contacts of the Jetpac global team - Theresa, Dan, Hannah and Nicole, all of whom were quick to assist at all hours of the day and so easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend Jetpac - customer service is spot on.
This was my first time using an e-sim on an international trip. WiFi was accessible, but I also wanted to guarantee that I would have service just in case WiFi was inaccessible. I used JetPac the first day and had no issues at all. It was reliable and had good service. Afterwards I was reliant on WiFi. I noticed once I travelled to a different part of the city, the JetPac app wasn’t working, so I contacted customer support and they were so helpful. I was helped by Dan and my issue was resolved so quickly. Dan made sure to confirm everything was okay via screenshots. I definitely recommend using this app, and I trust that if I experience any other issues it’ll be quickly resolved.
After purchasing two sim cards with one account, i ended not being able to connect one of them. Customer support responded quick, and Dan provided clear instructions and helped to fix the problem!

As a first time user I needed some hand holding to make sure I had my eSIM installed correctly. I used the Whatsapp to get help and was greeted approximately 30mins later by a very friend person, Dan, immediately asked all the right questions and gave very easy to follow instructions to make sure I had the ESIM turned on. I gave him screenshots to show my settings and he confirmed everything looked good. Gave me some tips and advice and we’re now ready for travel. Quick easy and reliable.

Excellent service via what’s app message, first AI but then received human help, and with in 30mins had the issue resolved of the e sim missing from my mobile, and being help with bent able to reinstall it.. so thankful for assistance in such a stressful situation when waiting to board flight to destination
