Avoid booking through third parties and go directly with the airline. The airline cancelled my flight and I had to fight tooth and nail to get my money back, and even then they took a service fee out for themselves. Direct is significantly less hassle if things go wrong!!!
I can’t comment on the service yet as I’m yet to fly for the first time with Jettzy, which was recommended by a friend. Booking online and with 30kg checked baggage allowance was a very nice surprise. Thank you 😊
I had a terrible experience with this agency. I intended to book a ticket with a major airline, but they ended up securing a ticket with a different airline entirely. They provided a fake itinerary for the original airline, and when I verified my booking with them, I was informed that there was no record of my reservation. Eventually, I discovered that they had booked me a much cheaper basic ticket with the other airline, which now requires additional fees for luggage. They have become unresponsive, ignoring my calls and emails. I strongly advise against booking with this agency. I plan to file a complaint to hold them accountable.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. Due to a medical emergency, I canceled my ticket weeks ahead of the departure date, providing a valid medical certificate. After waiting for 6 months without any updates on my refund, I finally heard back only to be told that I had exceeded the 90-day return period. The support team is unhelpful; I strongly advise booking directly with the airline instead of using this unreliable platform.
I booked two flights, one from a city to another, and both were paid for. I received confirmation for the return flight, but not for the outbound flight. When I tried to submit a request for confirmation, the feedback form did not work.
I was charged more than the initial price during payment. Everything was fine until the final step, where it indicated the price was unavailable. I thought it was expired, so I tried again, but the price jumped from 220 to over 240 during processing. It feels like a scam! I had already booked one trip and needed to arrange the return. I will not use this service again. Disappointing experience!
