I cannot recommend Ryan Waters at JLM enough. He has provided an outstanding service and has made the whole process of buying our first house as stress free as possible. We had seen numerous advisors prior to being recommended Ryan and no one even came close to his sincerity, his knowledge and patience when explaining the process and what we needed to do. Ryan gave us confidence and the direction we needed as first time buyers. He recommended a fantastic solicitor (Sharan Cohen) who has also gone above and beyond when it came to her service and the process, as well as his colleague Sean Morton who helped us with numerous quotes for our insurances. We exchanged contracts late on a Friday and even though it had gone 4pm both Sean and Ryan responded immediately to ensure we had everything in place.
