Would 100% reccomend JLM and Gareth in particular. After chatting to a couple of mortage advisers a friend passed on Gareth's details and he was instantly approachable and helpful. Always on hand to answer any questions we had and guide us though the process for the first time. The support was second to none and Gareth was very trustworthy and genuine!

Our mortgage broker that was assigned to us was Gareth. We were potential first time buyers at the age of 20 and 23 and we were honestly in such a sticky situation, where we had so much to sort out, and things to align, and it was a slight mess from start to finish. Gareth was supportive, knowledgeable and positive from start to end. We had a complicated (for us anyway!) mortgage and remortgage and he sorted everything and was a constant support throughout the process. He was actually much more than just a broker in the end, more of a general person that I went to for advice about everything! Couldn't rate high enough. It's a cliché, but 5 stars isn't enough.
