Johnson & Johnson used to be reliable, but now? Prices keep going up for no reason. Same products, but double the cost. And good luck with customer service—they either don’t help or give you the runaround. Feels like they care more about profit than people. So disappointing.
I received tremfya every other month for over a year. They didn't send me one for March and indicated that they are not sure why my acct. was canceled, said it would be escalated, and that I would get a call back. Never got a call back. The righthand doesn't seem to know what the lefthand is doing. Called my doctor and asked for a different provider for my meds. Janssen is too unreliable
It it just me who really hates the new version of baby powder made with corn starch? It feels wrong on my skin, and doesn't soothe and keep me feeling dry and comfortable. Instead it irritates, makes me really itchy, and heaven forbid you perspire a little - then it turns into a sticky paste that is really uncomfortable. I understand the health implications, but this is NOT the answer. Couldn't we have the old formula back from safe sources sold alonside the new stuff?
