Blocked me after I sent numerous complaints about their cruddy products through their online contact form, escalated matter to CEO as these hard headed "csrs" can't or won't help but instead just offer empty apologies. CEO never replied to either of my letters either, the second one of which I sent certified. What nerve.
I wanted to apply for a job with J&J.When I went to their website (from memory), I was unable to apply for an open role.I wrote to J&J, and after many weeks, I received an anonymous reply pointing to a website - that when I tried to access the site, I was unable to access it. So, one can't apply for a role, and when raising it to HR, it takes weeks to receive a pointless, unprofessional, anonymous reply!Just cut out the middleman and don't apply. It save time and achieves the same result.
This is a review for ACUVUE 1 Day Contact lenses made by Johnson & Johnson. Contact lens split in two pieces whilst in my eye. Costly opticians appointments were needed. Complained to manufacturer and got passed around different advisors all being very unhelpful. The experience made me scared to wear contact lenses again. Was told that 'normally they'd offer to replace the faulty product but that's clearly not suitable here'. Didn't get as much as an apology.Would never use their products again!Ignorant customer service.
Another corporation that puts money first. Start your baby off with a good dusting of asbestos? No, but they will continue selling it in the name of profit in countries that can be exploited. I tried to discuss their use of single use plastics, to no avail, such as the rediculously over engineered, single use Nicorette Quickmist nicotine spray. This could easily be made to use refills which would make it much cheaper and not end up in the gullet of a whale. Not to mention the packaging which is the same again in plastic. Of course they couldn't give a dam as long as the bucks roll in. Carcenogens, opioids, plastic pollution, typifies corporate big pharma philosophy, bottom line and to hell with health. Disgusting company!
The customer service team refused to pay for damages caused by their product. I had a small amount of the UltraLight Cleansing Oil splash my wood painted mirror. when I immediately wiped it, the paint was removed a few layers down! My eyes were also feeling a burning sensation. I called as soon as they opened and I was told they are not responsible for this and would only replace the product. What chemical did they use that could cause the paint to burn off? What did I just put on my face? I am uphauled by the lack of responsibility they took. I provided pictures and I sent back the product for testing and I did not receive any results, nor will they call/email back at each of my calls! I am disgused.They said someone from legal would call me back and nobody did. I have tried numerous times, and the robotic and scripted responses from customer service are always the same. I have requested for escalation and still no return call or email. I have used Johnson & Johnson products my entire life and never had a problem.I obviously experienced a rare and bad batch of this make up remover. I understand that this MAY happen, but they should take ownership of this and compensate the customer and perhaps show some remorse and concern!. Absolutely disgusted.
This is the trusted brand of my family since I was a kid. They are known for affordable but good quality products. I love using their baby products especially baby powder and cologne. I never encountered any bad experience about using them. I recommend it to others.
