ETHICALLY CANNOT RECOMMEND! Disgusting company with awful morals. JobTestPrep’s pricing is absurdly high, creating an obvious barrier for those who can't afford it. It’s disgraceful that a company claiming to help people advance in their careers is profiting off the very people who need these resources the most.When I reached out to voice my concerns about the exclusionary pricing, their response was laughably inadequate—a mere 10% coupon, completely ignoring the real issue. It’s clear they’re more focused on squeezing money out of customers than actually offering fair, accessible resources.Do not use if you have morals and believe in meritocracy. JobtestPrep epitomises the flaws with a truly capitalistic society- Explotative scum!
Paid £59 for 1 week access on July 31st. Got 1 day access and then all links were broken and I lost all access. I emailed support for help with 2 issues, 1 - the lack of access2 - their program kept switching several of my answers to the incorrect option during the results page despite me choosing the correct answers and asked them to address this issue.They never addressed issues 2, as for issue 1, they recommended I use their website with Chrome ( which I was already), clear my history, cookies, cache (which I did) and if none of these worked that I use their website in incognito mode on Chrome (which I also tried). Nothing worked. With only a week to go on my access and 2 full days lost without access, I knew I had been taken for a ride. This company's website and customer support is atrocious. Save your money and don't bother. I heard nothing more from customer support nor did I get any money back. Complete waste of time.Edit to address JobPrep's reply: Of course you can't find this user name. Your registration forms are based on emails not registration names. Look me up on your complaints matching the dates I listed above, you'll find me. The problems I listed above will matchy complaints word for word. If you bother to look then I will expect an offer for a refund. If I receive nothing then I will assume customer experience and ethical behaviour means nothing to Job Prep.
I am appalled at the inefficiency of this program. Countless issues on their end. Not loading all the modules, leaving out entire portions/aspects of some of the practice tests, incorrect scoring (and yes, I fact checked several times, and sent them 10 screenshots as proof. To their credit, they did reimburse me half of what I paid. Nonetheless, it continued with different modules. Also, not loading certain pieces of one module, and echoing, as if multiple recordings of the same voice are layered atop each other multiple times…Perhaps the latter was intended, but thought I'd mention it, in case I'm wrong. (Frankly, even if I am, all the other issues warrant this review.) And YES, I tried different browsers. No difference. My CritiCall test is tomorrow, and I will not be sufficiently prepped thanks to their platform’s inability to deliver, not only my money’s worth, but also, confidence that I had thought I’d gain by practising in this way.
I am very happy with my purchase of JobTestPrep. I just turned 30 and applied for ATC on a whim. I felt like I had to get some type of practice to ease my nerves for the actual test. JobTestPrep is almost identical to the exam the sections may look different, but they are very similar. If you're wanting to get some practice before the exam, I highly recommend JobTestPrep. Oh, and on the reading, it is more important to answer all of the questions! This was by far my worst section, but I answer all of the questions and got WQ (Highest Qualification this Bid.) I analyzed thoroughly all the alternatives to prepare for the financial analyst assessment test, in terms of material available and preparation providers; and studied from different sources. However, at a certain point, I felt there was a gap in the understanding of Amazon specific style characterized by the 16 leadership principles. JobTestPrep allow me to focus further on those aspects about Amazon business and work management style. Need to have business understanding. I am still waiting for the outcome.
I used this program for my FAMS (Air Marshal) assessment and I couldn’t have been happier with the product. It prepared me VERY well. It also provided AMAZING explanations for incorrect and correct answers. I also enjoyed the extra practice because it provided multiple options. I would absolutely use this program again.
