I’ve been struggling every year to pass the situational judgement test at JLR. When I decided to use this, it has really helped me understand many important aspects of it. I passed the test thanks to this. It is worth every penny. Now I’m waiting for the swifts analysis tests results to see if I passed.Totally recommending this! 👍🏼
I'm extremely satisfied. I needed to prepare for the civil service exams in new york and didn't have much time to do it so I went for the all inclusive civil service test pack that they offer just to be sure I get what I need. there is so much material in there that I got kinda lost at first, so I called their support and they guided me to the tests I needed most. it kept me busy right up to the day of the exam, and when I did the real thing it felt great... so yea... I'm satisfied.
I just subscribed to this prep service/site today as a pre-cursor for interviewing with a company that uses the assessments to understand whether you'll meet their criteria and culture. I realize that cognitive and personality tests can't really be prepared for, since you're only as smart as you are and if you're honest your personality is your personality, But I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to familiarize myself with the types of questions I'd be asked, so I signed up and paid $79 USD for their prep materials too. I began on their basic assessment test which they suggest you go through first to understand which areas you may need to brush up on, and in the middle of it now the site has gone down and hasn't been available for the past hour and half. Since I'm required to take the company's real cognitive and personality assessments tomorrow, that makes this paid-for prep package completely useless. I don't know whether the site is down for regular maintenance or whether they're having an issue, but it appears this site/service isn't ready for prime-time if they go offline for extended periods with no warning and no one to contact. I'm sure trying to get a refund for the prep package I paid for will require way more time and energy than I have patience, so for me this organization and the testing service they offer is an EPIC EPIC FAIL. Disappointing is an understatement..
Why on earth would any sane, intelligent person purchase a service from, or send money to a company that: Lists NO physical address; lists NO telephone number; and provides NO ability to speak to a live person to obtain more information? Based on lame testimonials? Buyer beware.
I took one of the sample tests, the diagnostic 70 questions one. When it came time to review results, I noticed that my correct answers and been changed to incorrect selections, and entire questions had been ommitted from test, yet marked as incorrect answers in results . Seems like a fraudulent way to get people to buy anything. I am glad I checked my results.
Their tests are full of errors:spelling, grammar (punctuation)and logic errors if English is not yoyr first language you can end up spending a week on flawedd tests thinking your English is actually worse than it is. This happened to me and until i stumbled upon a big spelling error- in the Spelling test of all places- I thought Ican't read English anymoreI copied the error with the context sent it to them and complained. They offered a 80% discount because allegedly i used their very flawed product for a week. Of course the exchange rate for the refund can be descibed only as very creative.If you seriously need these kind of tests stay away from JobTestprep !Answer received from JobTestPrepSince you practiced multiple tests before contacting us we assume that you did not encounter the issue that you reported for several days and practice sessions and felt that an 80% refund would fair on both sides.My reply to itIf you are willing to pay me as a contractor, I can weed out and send you list of all the mistakes that I found.I just sent an example when I was outraged by your spelling. Didn't document all of them.MINUSCULE not MINISCULE, as you indicated in your Spelling Test as being correct!If you assume that I didn't find other mistakes because I didn't document them good luck with that and good luck to whoever is paying for this thingAnd basic math 85% of $108 is not $67.00!
Throughout the day i constantly sign onto the chat line. Repeatedly i kept receiveing we will be with you shortly. Never happen. I was inquiring about purchasing a monthly practice test and a phone number that i can call and speak to some directly. Didn’t happen, This company is a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t advise NO ONE to purchase anything. Do your research before spending your money
