When I travelled to Oslo September 24,2018 on an official trip, I had the best sandwich in the world in the airport in Joe's and thought I could never eat something as tasty as that again. Sadly I left my international adaptor there a very special one, I realized it when I reached Drammen. I sent an email to the company and on my return after a week, they had kept it safely for me in the airport , I collected it and again had the same sandwich. After 8 years, I travelled to Pittsburgh yesterday and I saw Joe the Juice in airport and I was delighted, Went to have the signature sandwich and OMG, it was as tasty as the one that I had 8 years back. I love the way it is made. I love Joe the Juice and I cannot wait for this place to start in Houston, Texas. Thank you for popping into the US and I look forward to more visits and I will spread the words to my colleagues to go this place :)

I love Joe & The Juice for an easy snack or lunch on the go, and my local spot in Valby is always such a nice place to visit.

The main reason I’m writing this review, though, is because I recently needed help from their customer support. It turned out to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The responses were fast, the tone was warm and personal, and I got exactly the help I needed without any hassle.

So a big thank you to Cat for the amazing support!

I received an email by the customer service really quickly (his name was Chris), and he came with a lovely solution.

Rude personal and poor quality sandwich

We ordered Joe Club sandwiches, which usually arrive warm, but today they were served cold. Unfortunately, the quality and taste were very poor.When we politely asked if the sandwiches could be remade hot, the staff was extremely rude. They insisted that the sandwich is “always like this,” refused to help, and argued with me instead of addressing the issue.This experience was very disappointing, both in terms of food quality and customer service. We expected much better.

Honestly, I have never seen a global brand go so above and beyond to help an individual customer. I had trouble logging into my awards account and most companies would just ignore the issue. Instead they troubleshooted with me for over 2 months until we successfully resolved the problem

A very negative experience

I couldn't remember why I never go into the Richmond branch of Joe and the Juice, but was quickly reminded today.I placed an order with a really lovely young man, but he was the only person that smiled. The rest of the staff looked so miserable, I was shocked! I thought something had happened, until I read other reviews which confirmed that they must have an issue with their staff.I waited for a good 10-12 minutes or so before my sandwich was ready. They seemed to be prioritising online orders from Just Eat/Deliveroo, etc.The place was also filthy dirty, not comfortable and I will never go back. It made me feel really fed up! The saving grace was the young man that served me and the sandwich was okay, hence 2 stars.What a shame. The staff need training and the place needs a thorough deep clean.
