Star Buds opened 2 shops I frequent: Riverside IL, and Westmont IL. The staff at both locations are friendly and helpful. Great locations: Riverside is convenient for Berwynites and surrounding; Westmont convenient for Downers Grove/Lombard area. Love the selection of items.
Ah man! They came in clutch! I can't recommend Starbuds in Chicago highly enough! During my visit from California, an unexpected power outage hit, and chaos ensued. Despite the madness, the incredible team at Starbuds went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I needed.They handled the situation with such professionalism and grace, waiting patiently to assist me. Their dedication to customer service truly stood out, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for thanks to their hard work.If you’re in Chicago, make sure to stop by Starbuds! The next day UK Starbuds tried to demand a further payment of £75.00 on the back end of the sale for postal insurance that I refused to pay. As this was not mentioned at point of order as I had already paid £30.00 for delivery + the cost of the product. When the website states 100% free delivery when ordering online. I asked to cancel my order and for them to give me a full refund. I have not had any further contact from UK Starbuds and no refund. UK If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.Starbuds are scammers.
