Been emailing them since January 2025… it’s been almost five months and no response! I had to return my purchase which was approved by the company and I never got my refund! I have proof from the shipping company that they received the package. Now I’m without the purchase and out a few hundred dollars! I am SO upset. Does anyone have a phone number where I can get in contact with them? If a John Julia representative is reading this please please message me! I want to resolve this issue peacefully without getting a lawyer involved- your company scammed me.
Super fast shipping. Prices were extremely reasonable and could not find cheaper anywhere else. Coming from out of the country and arriving in only 4 days was impressive. The sweatshirts came wrapped in their original represent packaging and were authentic for sure 👍🏼
