The store itself is great but delivery is touch and go. I am not talking about DHL or PostNL but Babypark sending an email a few minutes after I purchased a discounted Womboo that they no longer have the item in stock.
Annoying but not the end of the world. However no refund was initiated automatically. I physically went to the store weeks later and just bought a full priced one instead.
Exceptional customer service via Whatsapp. I received multiple vouchers I wished to use toward stroller. I am near the end of my pregnancy and unable to physically go to the store. They handled everything for me online and stroller arrives within two weeks. This took so much stress out of my third trimester.
